Production takes place under strict food hygiene regulations, operating to BRC Higher standards. We believe in quality without compromise, using only the finest ingredients.

We are audited by BRC every 18 months and by individual customers at various times. We have HACCP systems and we operate a GMO-free factory. Furthermore we were the first bakery in Ireland to be awarded the prestigious Investors in People Award in 1991.
